SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Orders will be shipped during business days Monday - Friday (KST) not including Holidays.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes 2 working days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse from Monday through Friday. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 5 days for shipments to be dispatched. In case of restocking, this may take longer and our staff will send you a notification of delay via email.

If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, then please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your purchase to be processed. Your order may be processed in multiple shipments, in which case you will be notified with the tracking number when each shipment occurs.

RETURNS

We will accept a full refund or store credit after a thorough investigation. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact hi@ourzzz.com within fourteen days of your purchase date. Once our team investigates the matter, it will be up to the team to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded.

If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund (or store credit) and place a new order if it is aligned with our Return Policy. Return shipping cost will be covered by the recipient.

***Return fees will be covered by the recipient. This includes all shipping, custom or tariff fees.

***Refunds will be processed accordingly once we confirm its return.

***If your package comes attached with a tariff or additional fees and the recipient decides to not pay upon receiving the notice (regarding the tariff), the package will be shipped back and you will not be eligible for a refund.***
